MS Dhoni, movie review
This film inspires the youth of today and further shows the importance of taking the right decisions at the right time. The film is about the man you know, but not his journey. That's what this biopic is about. M S Dhoni - The Untold story follows the journey of this outstanding wicket keeper and acclaimed cricket captain in India - Mahendra Singh Dhoni, right from his origins as a budding cricketer from Ranchi and then becoming the most successful captain of Indian Cricket Team. Some of the several prominent aspects of Dhoni's life that we weren't aware about was that he initially disdained cricket and his penchant for football instead and then his signature "helicopter shot" which was taught to him by his friend Santosh Lal. Baar Baar Dekho, movie review
Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif's pairing electrifies the film Baar Baar Dekho. Just that and nothing more. Much was expected out of Nitya Mehra's film. After working as an assistant director in films like Ang Lee's 'Life of Pie' and Mira Nair films The Namesake, The Reluctant Fundamentalist, she disappoints in her directorial debut in this romantic drama Baar Baar Dekho. Baar Baar Dekho also marks the debut of American screenwriter Sri Rao which made news about this film which is based on an ageing romance spanning 30 odd years. Jai Verma (Sidharth Malhotra) is a Mathematics Professor in Delhi. Diya (Katrina Kaif) is an artist who is madly in love with this handsome professor. They are about to get married when Jai scoffs at the Hindu priest at the time of their wedding about the institution of marriage. Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara - movie review
Here is a rom-com quite different from the ones we see these days. Shot extensively in the picturesque locales of Kashmir, Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara is a story of three couples who have their own point of views about life and when their thoughts collide, it's a Bull vs Matador fight to the finish for them. It is generally evident in the couples of urban cities of India where they are immersed in their own web of problems, relationships and social obligations. The real romance is missing in the lives of these 3 couples. One of them is a playboy, the other is a henpecked husband and the third is a mama's boy, enough to upset his wife. Tony Singh (Sahil Anand) is a perfect con artist when it comes to women has his lady love Pooja Mehta (Niyati Joshi) in a web of dreams around him. Rikki Dalwani's (Vikram Kochhar) life is a beach resort where he has this perfect wife Sanya Dalwani (Divya C ....

Finding Dory, movie review
A sequel to the 2003 film Finding Nemo, Finding Dory focuses on the amnesiac character Dory, and explores her journey to be reunited with her family. Dory is a bright blue tang with a sunny personality and has severe memory issues (like Aamir Khan’s character in Ghajin), Dory only has short bursts of functionality before she forgets what she's doing, and the next moment she wonders what she had just learned. These memory lapses doesn’t upset her upbeat attitude until she realizes she is forgotten something big: her family. Though she has found a new family in Marlin and Nemo, but is haunted by the belief that someone out there is looking for her. The inspiration for coming up with an animated film like Finding Dory and its prequel sprung in the director Andrew Stanton’s mind from going back to his childhood, when he loved going to the dentist to see the fish tank, assumin ....

Now you See Me 2, movie review
'Now You See Me' is part of famous phrase used by Magicians " Now you see me, now you don't" which came from the various magic tricks that they performed in which they used to make things disappear in thin air including themselves. The title of the film was apt for the first installment of this franchise which was exciting, gripping and edge of the seat drama with the audience involved in what the magicians will do next. This second installment lacks style and substance but is drunk on technology, and fancy sleight of hand techniques of the four horsemen (there is one change the lady horseman of the previous movie is replaced by another by the name of Lula-Lizzy Caplan in fine form) who are trying to learn each others tricks, there is little magic. The movie starts with a background narrative by Morgan Freeman whose character Thaddeus Bradley was incarcerated in the end of the last ....
