The army of zombies created when the Umbrella Corporation lost control of the T-virus has become larger and even more dangerous as time has passed. The Undead are constantly mutating. They have huge, tentacular mandibles that come out of their mouths.

Human race’s last and only hope, ALICE (Milla Jovovich), awakens in the heart of Umbrella's most impenetrable operations facility and unveils more of her mysterious past as she delves further into the complex.ALICEcontinues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety.
