Nabhkumar Raju launches HOLY RIVER INTERNATIONAL FILM SCHOOL and Productions

Having experience of over 3 decades and having mentored some of the biggest superstars of Bollywood, writer and Director Nabhkumar Raju launched his acting institute under the name HOLY RIVER INTERNATIONAL FILM SCHOOL and Productions, India at a glittering event in Andheri West in Mumbai on 22nd April 2022.

“We aim to coach newcomers with the best of real acting, contemporary, cross and method acting to the promising newcomers by offering courses that underline simplicity and using the ‘Learn by doing’ technique. The priority is to tackle the fear of facing the camera in the beginners,” announced internationally acclaimed, awarded and experienced filmmaker Nabhkumar Raju who has been observing the drawbacks of newcomers. Nabhkumar has been associated with films of top Bollywood Stars like Salman Khan, Govinda, Rani Mukherjee and several top actors.

How far would a doting father sacrifice his ethics just for his daughter’s happiness?

Emphasizing of the practicality of his coaching through Holy River International Film School, Nabhkumar Raju encourages the youngsters never to consider themselves as ‘Strugglers’ since these new actors are already talented and equipped with the coaching from veterans, then this effort of finding a role in films is ‘Insignificant’ as compared to the Struggles of Life. “Others may teach their students about the Nav Rasas of Life, but I shall go further and tell my student that there is a Tenth Ras and that is apply your ‘Common Sense’ in all aspects of life,” were the encouraging words by Raju to the students of his first batch hailing from various states of India including students from Chandigarh, Arunachal Pradesh and other states apart from the local aspiring actors and actresses.

Right after the announcement of tie-up with Holyriver University of USA, there was a Lavni performance by the actual Lavani actors. Lavani is a combination of traditional song and dance, which is particularly performed to the beats of Dholki and it is noted for its powerful rhythm and has contributed substantially to the development of Marathi folk theatre.

Undermining the significance of his tie-up with Holyriver, Nabhkumar Raju announced, “There are sessions of Learn by doing and Learn & earn basis with threefold teaching that focuses on Talent, Health and Motivation with Overall development of creative people. Our Film School also guides our students for placements.”

Nabhkumar Raju further revealed, “We are beginning with a 3 months film acting course which will also have faculty of International filmmakers. We have decided to limit each batch to only about 25 students per batch for personalized coaching and grooming. About one or two students in each batch would be awarded scholarship only on the basis of their socio-economic background and most importantly on their talent and determination.’

With it’s first batch beginning in May 2022, HOLY RIVER INTERNATIONAL FILM SCHOOL is the Only specialized school of ‘Bollywood Acting’ in the film industry which is affiliated with the Jordan River University, USA that has its core aim to coach, excel and make masters with the minute details of the fields of acting and film industry.
