Barfi! An ambitious project of UTV Motion Pictures , a much awaited film of the year. The hype for the film was generated ever since the first trailers were released over the internet and television. Barfi! is set in a double flash back or to say it move “to and fro” in time. Story of a deaf and mute, mischievous, full of life, carefree, positive young lad living in Darjeeling. The film is set in the 1970’s. Barfi is a very lovable boy who is always upto something mischievous all the time and hence keeps the local cops on the run. He is loved by the town-folks but has an “irrational” fear that every one will leave him so he has a way to “TEST” their loyalties. Gangs of Wasseypur II is action at its realistic brilliance, going forward with the end of its first part, where a man dies and revenge sought. This sequel is even more spellbinding than its first part. It is about mafia wars in the newly constituted Jharkhand, previously a part of Bihar state, situated in the heartland of India. Gangs of Wasseypur Depicts the illegal coal trading and the coal mafia in Bihar. The film is directed by Anurag Kashyap and it stars Manoj Bajpayee, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Piyush Mishra, Reema Sen, Jaideep Ahlawat and Richa Chadda as main leads. It was initially a single film of duration of five hours, but for its release in India, it is being released in 2 parts of about 2 and half hours each. Throughout the film coarse language and bloody violence is depicted. Gangs of Wasseypur is the story of two families from Wasseypur and one from Dhanbad. As the The tagline says, "thrice upon a love story", so this film has three love stories set between 1910, 1960, and 2012. Each actor plays a different character in each time period, but each characer they play is linked to one another. Can we truly love one person throughout our life and hope that fate makes us meet with the same person in every life of ours? Various scenes in the film have been shot in England. Shahid Kapoor in the 1910s segment plays a Muslim poet Javed while Priyanka is the Punbaji Aradhana, to a struggling musician in the 1060s segment where Priyanka Chopra plays a superstar actress.
