The film begins with a bomb blast in a court, where several innocent people are killed. It is a grim situation, the injured are rushed to the hospital, while the police arrive on the spot of the incident. ACP Ran Vijay Singh (Ajaz Khan) is in charge of the investigations, and then in the process of interrogation, it is clear that there are further strikes planned by the terrorists.
