Calling these people coal mafia would be an understatement. The film depicts the trials and tribulations of the poor innocent people living in the remote village of Rajapur and the atrocities inflicted upon them by Saryubhan Singh played by Vinod Khanna and his gang spearheaded by Karua played by Vippinno.
