Vaibhav Tatwawaadi – the rising star in Marathi and Hindi films

Versatile actor Vaibhav Tatwawaadi has displayed his acting prowess in Marathi films and then followed it up in Hindi films too. For those who aren’t aware of him, he played Chimaji, the brother of Ranveer Singh in Bajirao Mastaani.

Vaibhav Tatwawaadi hails from Nagpur in Maharashtra. In his early days, he was a theatre actor. He started with television and went on to make his film debut with the Mahesh Manjrekar directorial Surajya. Vaibhav Tatwawaadi has then essayed the lead in Coffee ani Barach Kaahi.

He made his Bollywood debut in the film Hunterr but his big break came for the powerful portrayal of Chimaji, who was the brother of Bajirao in the blockbuster Bajirao Mastaani. Vaibhav Tatwawaadi garnered huge acclaim for the same from the masses and critics alike. He went on to essay some memorable roles like one in Mr and Mrs Sadachari, Cheater, Kanha, Bhetali tu Punha, What’s up Lagna and the Bollywood movies like Lipstick under my Burka and Mannikarnika.

Vaibhav recently garnered critical acclaim for the short film Indu aur Woh Chitthi. He would be next seen in a Netflix film starring alongside megastar Kajol, Tanvi Azmi, Kunal Roy Kapoor and Mithila Palkar. The film will be produced by Ajay Devgn and Banijay Asia and will be directed by Renuka Sahane.
