Taare Zameen Par
Aamir Khan popularly known as a "thinking actor" is also particularly gifted with imagery. Taare Zameen Par which is Aamir Khan's debut as a director is a landmark film! It is a heart-warming tale of a small child who has learning difficulties and is largely misunderstood by his teachers and even his parents. Taare Zameen Par is a story of a playful eight year old boy Ishaan Awasthi (Darsheel Safary) who is naughty, playful and lives in his own world. He is lagging in his school subjects, doesn't listen, but gifted with a nice sense of imagination. A child nowadays, lagging academically is termed as a below average child. Om Shanti Om is a Manmohan Desai type of a masala film of the 1970s. It has the premise of reincarnation as was in Subhash Ghai's "Karz". They get a lift by the injured Chief Minister's Personal Assistant who is fleeing the city since he has the audio cassette which proves that the CM is responsible for his deputy's murder. The protagonist of this film is a ten year old - Nanhe Jaisalmer and his idol – Bobby Deol. Nanhe Jaisalmer is set in the desert city of Jaisalmer, the story encompasses a short period in Nanhe’s life where he learns his life’s most important lessons from the person who he deems most important – his friend, Bobby Deol. Nanhe lives in Jaisalmer with his mother, Suman (sister) and Raja (the camel) and earns his livelihood as a tourist guide who arranges camel safaris. Ram Gopal Verma Ki Aag ... The introduction of the villan Babban is terrifying, and the characters of Jai, Veeru, Thakur, Basanti are presented in the present day times. To a certain extent, RAMGOPAL VARMA KI AAG does justice to those characters, especially Gabbar, who wore a sinister look on his face all the while.
