SOUTH INDIAN BEAUTY PRANITHA SUBHASH ATTENDS THE OPENING CEREMONY OF IFFAM – INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL & AWARDS, MACAO

Renowned South Indian Actress Pranitha Subhash attended the opening screening of the fourth edition of the International Film Festival & Awards in Macao – IFFAM.

The opening ceremony was full of celebrities with a splendid and dazzling scene.

This year IFFAM shows 50 international films and 6 short films from 5th December (Thursday) to 10th December (Tuesday). Also, the exclusive industrial seminar will be held on 6th December (Friday) to 8th December (Sunday).

Actress Pranitha Subhash expressing her gesture said, “I am honored and grateful to Macao Government Tourism Office for providing me an opportunity to be a part of IFFAM this year and a chance to share the platform with very talented Bhumi Pednekar and one of the best Bollywood Film-maker Karan Johar”.

The Film Festival will screen an extravaganza of 50 feature films and six short films from the East and West for the public through various sections as follows: opening and closing films; three competition sections including International Competition, New Chinese Cinema and Shorts Competition; seven non-competition sections including World Panorama, Flying Daggers, Gala, Special Presentations, 20th Anniversary Macao Special Presentations, Director’s Choice and Macao Short Film Special Presentation, among other sections in the programme. Ticketing has started earlier this month.

IFFAM was launched as an ambitious new international film festival in 2016 to bring together cinematic industries from Asia and the west. The bedrock of the festival is a highly curated programme of around 50 films from Asia and the rest of the world, designed to engage the audiences of Macao and expand the cinema-going tradition of the city.
