Director K. Hussain’s upcoming film – Bombay 5, that is being produced under the banner of Shabeena Films Internationals finally goes on floor.

The grand launch of the thriller film – Bombay 5 witnessed the presence of prominent bollywood actors like Karanvir Bohra, Jannat Zubair, Ayan Zubair, Saba Khan, Reema Bappi Lahiri, Ritu Raj, K. Singh, Vishal Jethwa, Monjoy Mukerji, Akansha Puri, Mantra, Iqbal Khan, Helen Fonseca, Devaishis Sargam, Sweety Walia and Samrat Mukerji.

Highlight of the evening was that the legendry Bollywood Music director and singer Bappi Lahiri expressed his greetings through a video clip to the team of the film. Besides this, Padmashree Anup Jalotai, ex-cricketer and actor Salil Ankola, Vikram Kochar, Biggboss fame Deepak Thakur, Salil Anand, Sunil Kapoor were featured in a video that greeted with their best wishes for K. Hussain.

Arvind Ganpat Sawant the Member of Parliament from the Shiv Sena party expressed his interest towards the industry and was specific about the content of such realistic films like Bombay 5 which the director presents to the audience through the making of their films, short films and etc. Mr. Sawant was also present during the film mahurat of Bombay 5 and heartily greeted the director K. Hussain ji for delving into such a bold and realistic subject and making this gangster thriller drama which is to hit the big screen very soon.

The cast of the film is currently scheduled to be stationed in Mumbai as the the title itself suggests that the gangster film is based on real events of era 1990’s in Bombay of that times when gangsters ruled the city and carried out their regular business.

The credits of this engrossing thriller also includes, alongside Rohan Ramakrishna Naik, Ashmit Patel, Sujjoy J Mukarji, Anjali Pandey. The story is penned by Murugan A Nadar, its Music Director are Amjad Nadeem and Aamir, and the Lyrics & Singers are by Sunil Kapoor, Moti Sultanpuri and Wasim Khan. Media inputs by Anand Patel.
