An automobile engineer by day and a dancing sensation by night, Jimmy works as a DJ in the local discotheque to pay off the debts left behind by his late father. He is a workaholic till he meets a rich young girl and falls in love with her. Like in the some movies of 1970s and 1980, Jimmy is mistakenly told that he is about to die very soon. In the dead of the night, a young woman's dead body is recovered by the police. All leads point to Jimmy. This chubby, innocent-looking fellow gets embroiled in a murder case, and to everyone's surprise he even accepts that he is the killer. The confession is obviously a lie. And Jimmy is lying for a reason. Jimmy confesses to a murder in return for money which would help him clear his father's debts before his death. Jimmy knows that he is suffering from brain tumour, and has only a few days to live. But he has to pay off a huge loan before ....

Jai Gangaajal, Movie review
A real life-like drama which makes you forget that you are watching a film. Unfortunately these incidents of lawlessness and wrong doings still take place in Central India. Jai Gangaajal is the story of a lady Superintendent of Police (S.P.) Abha Mathur (Priyanka Chopra) who takes charge in Bankepur in Central India. Her mission is to earnestly implement the law exactly in the same manner as the oath taken by her during the course of her Police training. Its prequel Gangaajal had Ajay Devgn who plays a cop and is the protagonist in a somewhat similar drama. Apart from the glamorous Priyanka Chopra as the central character, the director Prakash Jha himself debuts as an actor who plays the role of a Circle Babu (a senior Inspector). It is Priyanka Chopra's film as she pulls off action sequences realistically, underplays her emotions, extremely sensitive to the happenings in her area of ....

Jazbaa movie review

Sanjay Gupta's characters are shown as the separated families, a single mother, a separated mother whose daughter has been murdered, a single cop who suddenly crops up from anywhere for the single-mother-lawyer whose daughter has been kidnapped.
