Hiten Tejwani, Vivan Bhatena launch MAHI and SCISSOR film posters, to be shot in Hungary
Hiten and Vivan launched posters of two upcoming Hindi films Mahi and Scissor. Produced by Prabsimran Sandhu and directed by Vikram Sandhu, both the films will be extensively shot across various locations in Hungary.
Vikram Sandhu the director of the films spoke to FilmyTown, “While Mahi is a pure romantic film with love songs, Scissor is a romantic-horror thriller. The reason why we chose to shoot a great portion in Hungary is that compared to other Western countries, it is still an unexplored location for our Bollywood filmmakers.”
“I am grateful to Prabsimran Sandhu the producer of both these films which should see the light of the day sometime in early 2020. Prabsimram’s greatest point is that she gives complete free hand to the director without compromising on the quality and scale of the film,” added Vikram.
Honourable guests of the event was the Consul General of Hungary Ferenc Jari who welcomed Bollywood filmmakers to come and shoot there. “Hungary’s film industry is picking up fast. We offer over 40 % subsidy on all the films shot there as we want Indian films to exploit the scenic beauty of our lovely country. I am so glad for Prabsimran Sandhu to have decided upon our country for the shooting of her films. Every possible help will be advanced to this progressive minded film producer,” Mr Ferenc Jari announced stating that recently one of Hungary’s film was awarded an Oscar and the other film being nominated for the same..
Not willing to divulge any further details stating that the details will be announced subsequently in another Press Conference scheduled by the end of this month, Producer Prabsimran Sandhu and Director Vikram Sandhu invited guest and media for poster launch of their two Hindi film MAHI and SCISSOR which are being produced under the banner of Divya Films Creatives. Both films will go on the floors this November and their cast and crew will be announced soon.
Punjabi Superstar Gagan Sandhu, Hiten Tejwani, Vivan Bhatena, Anas Khan, Writer Amit khan came specially to attend the event.
