India’s Most Modern Township Launched at Khopoli amidst Filmy Town glitterati
A host of Film and Television celebrities graced the occasion at a grand function held on the outskirts of Khopoli on Mumbai-Pune Highway last week.
Renowned Fannan Builders & Developers, engaged in the construction and real estate business in Mumbai and Raigad launches its new ‘TOWN CENTRE’ Project in Khopoli.
The opening ceremony of this marvellous property launch was done in the presence of Bollywood Celebrity Mahima Chaudhary and a host of filmy town’s celebs like Harish Rao, Ankur Verma, Raveev Nigam (Comedian), Harry Verma, Jazz, Maitry Raijada and Singer Jay Daman enlightened the select audience invited for the event.
Big Boss fame Sana Khan, Sonali Rauat, Sonia Mayor, Sata Rupa Payne, Kawaljeet Singh, Vriti Khanna, Abhijeet Lahiri, Punit Vashisht, Imam Siddiqui, Candy Brar, Rehan Shah, Roshan Khan, Designer Kavita Sonchhatra and Palak Purswani along with political dignitaries Sunil Tatkare, Arif Nasim Khan, Jitendra Awhad, Eknath Shinde, Subhash Bhoir, Khopoli Mayor.
Ex BMC Commissioner Mr Khairnar, Ramakant Munde and Shiv Sharma were also present there.
The key person behind this triumphant property launch and Fannan builders is Mohammad Shahab Ahmad .He was quoted saying’I arrived in Mumbai in mid of year 2003 where he has worked with multi national brands and associated with them past 12 years and later joined Fannan and helped the team doing in Value additions and bringing the project to the present stage where it could actually happen a successful one’.
Filmy Town celebrities were also seen admiring the ‘Town Centre’ project and giving tremendous applauds to the key person behind the whole property.Fannan Builders & Developers engages in the construction and real estate business. Several residential projects have been successfully undertaken in Nashik and Raigad.
A group of professionals, have managed single buildings in residential segment across Thane, Mangaon Nasik and diverted approximately 500000 sqft so far with client satisfaction. Further 4 lack sq.ft. a part of the Khopoli area are under planning.
