Though many singers and filmmakers have given new meaning to the concept of romance but this video restores faith in love. Yes, real soulmates exist and that’s what singer Reena Mehta is making the world believe in with her soothing compositions and songs.
Romil Chaudhary, the male lead in this video has participated in Big Boss, then a Television serial for Star Plus and a cameo in Pratik Gandhi’s film and recently finished shoot in a Bollywood feature film which he wouldn’t find it appropriate to reveal. Watching the Bechainiyan video one comes across unexplored outdoor locales of Australia and India (part of it is also shot here in India). Bechainiyan is a song which will unite many loving hearts.

Romil Chaudhary speaks to Paresh B Mehta, Editor of FilmyTown in an exclusive interview:
How was it doing the Bechainiyan music video?
This is my first music video, and I will honestly admit that while shooting for a film in Benaras, I always had a desire to feature in a song, and that is when Dr Reenaji approached me with this offer. What more could I have expected than Amit Mishra’s rendering this song.
Could you let our readers know more about the video?
Bechainiyan is the portrayal of love between a girl who is in Australia and she is missing her boyfriend who is in India.
Have you ever experienced ‘bechainiyan’ in your personal life?
Personally I have not experienced the ‘bechaniyan’ sort of a feeling for a lady love as yet. Who knows what is in store for me tomorrow? But yes, I am definitely romantic by heart and I do love my parents, my siblings, my friends and even my pet. Even that sort of love is what the Valentine Day stands for me – as in my personal life.
Can you speak about your personal chemistry with Aishani Mehta while shooting the video.
Inherently, I am a very funloving person. I always endeavor to become comfortable in the true friendly sense at the earliest with my co-stars irrespective if it is a child or a super star or a cute girl, else I cannot perform to my optimum in the acting front.
What actually broke the ice between me and her was when we had lunch together and Aishani was just amused with my Haryanvi English. It was that moment onwards that she was comfortable and relaxed while being with me.
As this is your first romantic video, were there any embarrassing moments while on the sets or during the takes?
While being all the time on the sets and during the shoots with Aishani, we were just good ol pals like the college friends.
But I now feel embarrassed while watching the video – not believing the chemistry between me and her that has been portrayed on screen (He blushes). I never thought I could be a romantic hero. I always thought that I suit better in negative shades.
