Baahubali : The Beginning - Hindi movie review
A spectacular fantasy film Baahubali: The Beginning that enthralls you with it grandeur and a war between two brothers - Baahubali played by Prabhas and Bhallala Deva (Rana Daggubati) for a kingdom. Baahubali: The Beginning movie review... Period films are supposed to be so designed immacutely as there is no room for mistakes. Saby Cyril, the art director of the film has created everything from scratch that is the chairs, thrones, palaces, swords, armor and costumes. Quodos. The highlight of Baahubali is the waterfall (definitely created digitally) which appears so real that one feels the immediate desire to visit this place once in a lifetime atleast. This is the first of the two parts which is a masterpiece in the entire history of Indian cinema. Director S.S.Rajamouli admittedly said that he was inspired from epic Mahabharata in making Baahubali. And that says it all. A ....

A thriller drama about two brothers of diverse natures yet harbouring love and affection for each other. In fact, the audience is treated with the base themes from Kasme Vaade (1978) and the Hollywood's science fiction thriller Face Off (1997). Miss Tanakpur Haazir Ho, film review
A political satire loosely based on a real event in Rajasthan, in which a high court sentenced a boy to jail for allegedly raping a buffalo. Debutant Director Vinod Kapri's film is set somewhere in Haryana instead, and thats the reason that the film has a mix of Hindi and Haryanvi dialogues. The film opens on a colorful beginning, in a rustic 'mela' (village fair) with surprises all around. A pundit claiming to bring a Goddess to life in the form of a young girl sitting on a chair in a static blessing posture. The villagers seem to be convinced. Other attractions include, apart from the stand giant wheels, merry-go-round, a sensuous item song "Naach Basanti" and the a beauty competition of buffaloes. The winner is an elderly sarpanch's (a local village chief) buffalo from Tanakpur village. The buffalo is crowned as "Miss Tanakpur" and thats the title of the movie revolving aroun ....

UVAA hindi movie review
UVAA means the ‘youth’ where one’s teenage years are a combination of Love, friendship, romance, fun and frolic. Vibrant and Colurful is life of these youth as depicted in UVAA which is the story of 5 friends in the school. It is the story of comradeships and camaraderie in the adolescence phase of ones life. The concept appears interesting which is let down by its pacing and story telling. There are moments with sparks of brilliance from the characters of UVAA which are then diluted with repeatedly display of over the top emotions. UVAA has a pleasant journey in the first half, promising a thrilling story post the Interval, which again disappoints in the second half. Those formative years when the youth is on the cusp of adulthood with a trace of innocence, the years when the child is no more a child, drifting away from parents and yearning for a bonding in the form of ‘Friend ....
