Rajbeer Singh (Hatim star), Judi Shekoni of 'Twilight' fame and the doe eyed Nisha Mavani feature in CLUB DANCER, an action thriller. The premise is honest, let down by the story telling and the editing. Judi Shekoni of the Hollywood super hit TWILIGHT fame is here for a few "spellbinding" moments. Abhimanyu Singh plays a godman in this film which is based on spiritual babas of India. Global Baba is a social satire and craftily doesn't target any particular person or any religion. India could be the only country where hundreds of thousands of people (devotees) blindly surrender themselves to godmen. The film exposes such a godman who was once a hitman by the name Chillam Pehalwaan (Abhimanyu Singh) for a political party which used him as much as they could and once their dependence on him was over, they took the legal route of eliminating him in an enounter by Police Inspector Jacob (Ravi Kishan). At the first look and the trailer release of this film, there were great apprehensions, both in terms of curiosity to know about the incident as well as the skeptics wondering whether Sonam Kapoor really was the right choice to play Neerja.
