A song in Fari Ek Vaar is being filmed on Akshar River Cruise, on the Sabarmati river in Ahmedabad.
The mahurat of Gujarati film Phari Ek Vaar, produced by Vihaan Dand and directed by Akhil Kotak, was shot the last week in Ahmedabad. This social film, produced by Madhu Entertainment and Media Pvt. Ltd., focuses on people from youth to senior citizens who are living a lonely life. Speaking to Paresh B. Mehta, Editor of Filmytown.com, Fari Ek Vaar film’s writer Kajal Mehta reveals, “There are many individuals who are either widowed or widowed, divorced or have not married until they have reached an old age. We are trying to show in the film that they can possibly revive their lives once again.”
The mahurat shot of Fari Ek Vaar was filmed on Supriya Pathak, Netri Trivedi and Utsav Naik. While Sharmil Caesar gave the clap for the mahurat shot, Sharvil Sridhar (Sridhar Infracton LLP) turned on the camera.
Akhil Kotak, the director says, “We are presenting a topic about which there is still no awareness in the society. Like the lonely elderly people who live with their family but feel emptiness in their personal life. Because, they have lost their spouse at an old age or they have got divorced, whether it is a woman or a man. They can once again find a character of their choice and fill the emptiness in their life.”
Kotak further reveals that the film will have two to three songs, one of which has been composed by an Aghori band, while other songs are being recorded now and as stated, one song will be filmed on Akshar River Cruise.
The film, which is based on a burning social issue and stars Supriya Pathak, Utsav Naik, Netri Trivedi, Avani Modi, Bharat Thakkar, Komal Panchal, Morali Patel and others, began shooting immediately after the muhurat. The film will once again be shot in various locations in and around Ahmedabad.
