The company releases 101 Duets of Mohammed Rafi– a 3 DVD pack to commemorate him on his 32nd Death anniversary on 31st July’12.
101 Duets of Mohammed Rafi features some of the finest work of the legendary singer. Rafi Saab’s duets with Asha Bhosle and Lata Mangeshkar like “Tere Husn ki Kya Taarif Karoon’ (Leader) & “Chhup Gaye Saare Nazaare (Do Raaste) to “Yaar Chulbula Hai” (Dil Deke Dekho) to “Goriyan Kahan Tera Des Re” (Caravan) are some unforgettable melodies that have cut across the boundaries of time.
His songs with other female singers like Suraiya, Geeta Dutt, Suman Kalyanpur, Sulakshana Pandit ,Usha Mangeshkar & Usha Timothi are no less appreciated till date and form a part of this pack.
