“Nadia is brave and clever, and I think we’re kind of similar because we both love learning new things, especially languages. It was really exciting to act in scenes where Nadia had to be fearless,” says Kashvi Majmundar after winning hearts for her Standout Performance among a Star-Studded Cast.

A week since its launch, Prime Video’s Citadel: Honey Bunny proves to be an exhilarating new story born from the world of Citadel. This Raj & DK directorial offers an original story that has captured audiences with its heart-racing plot, stunning visuals, and exemplary performances by Varun Dhawan, Samantha, Kay Kay Menon, Saqib Saleem among others. But amid a star-studded ensemble, it’s Kashvi Majmundar playing Young Nadia – child artist portraying Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ character from the US Citadel– who has emerged as a true standout in her debut role.

Kashvi’s performance is not only winning over audiences but also earning rave reviews from critics, who have praised her ability to blend wit with innocence, giving Nadia a warmth and vulnerability that tugs at the heart. Times Now quoted , to expect the unexpected, News18 shares, she brilliantly portrays the internal conflict of having to deal with the harsh realities of the dark world of espionage that continue to rob her of a carefree childhood. From navigating tense situations to her natural on-screen chemistry with Samantha, her character enhances the emotional depth of the series, delivering moments of genuine connection within a world of secrets and danger. Through Kashvi, Nadia becomes the emotional anchor of the series – a character who is at the core of the Citadel Universe.

Reflecting on her character in Citadel: Honey Bunny, Kashvi Majmundar shares, “I had a lot of fun playing Nadia in Citadel: Honey Bunny, and I am so happy that the audience is loving my performance in the series. Nadia is brave and clever, and I think we’re kind of similar because we both love learning new things, especially languages. It was really exciting to act in scenes where Nadia had to be fearless. I even had to learn some karate moves, like kicks and punches, which was awesome. My coach helped me practice, and now I feel like I can defend myself in real life too. Working with Raj & DK sir and my onscreen parents was amazing – they taught me so much about acting and staying focused. Plus, getting to play the younger version of Priyanka Chopra’s character is a huge honor because she’s one of my favorite actors.”

Produced by D2R Films and Amazon MGM Studios, Citadel: Honey Bunny is directed by the incredible Raj & DK and executive produced by the Russo Brothers’ AGBO, with Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Angela Russo-Otstot, and Scott Nemes from AGBO, alongside David Weil (Hunters) overseeing the series and all productions within the Citadel universe. Midnight Radio also serves as an executive producer.
