Its Rohit Roy Vs. Parag Tyagi in ULLU’s new drama series PAPER
ULLU Digital has witnessed a powerful and stable rise in the pandemic has been churning out new and interesting content week-after-week. The latest one to add to their library is a drama series starring Rohit Roy in the lead.
This series title – Paper is a fictional story based on the life of scam kingpin played by Rohit Roy. Standing tall against him with all his forces is a cop ACP Aditya Diwan, played by Parag Tyagi.
The gripping story of this scam thriller has some outstanding performances to look forward by some of the most revered actors of the television industry. Talking about his role in the series, actor Parag Tyagi said, “It is a very interesting subject and even more interesting character. I play the character of an honest and dedicated cop ACP Diwan, who’s breaking all odds to bring down the scam kingpin. I had a great time shooting with Rohit and the entire cast and I look forward to the launch.”
The plot of Paper web series revolves around the largest counterfeiting operation in the nation’s history. The story unfolds as Abdul, initially a coconut seller in Kerala, receives advice from a politician to embark on a Haj pilgrimage. However, instead of returning to India, Abdul decides to work illegally in Saudi Arabia. Eventually, he is discovered and deported back to India. Upon his return, Abdul finds employment at a photo studio and becomes enamored with Rosy, a prostitute. Little does he know that the photo studio is involved in producing fake passports, where Abdul simply provides the necessary details to his boss.
The series has six episodes and will release in two parts. The series is expected to be live on ULLU very soon.
