Flirting is a risky game. One mistake, and your life is shattered. Being extremely casual in relationship without any commitment quotient has become the motto of today’s youth. I Don’t Luv U movie review…

I Don’t Luv U – is a romantic thriller which focuses on the youth of today – the fun loving and frivolous lot, who are extremely casual in their relationships & do not want to delve into the intricacies of true love, commitment & fidelity.

The story is about Yuvaan (Ruslaan Mumtaz), a young handsome boy & Aayra (Chetna Pande), a beautiful NRI girl in the college. Like any other teenagers of this generation, who want to experience their life by getting together in a relationship, they are willing to go through the most beautiful & much needed feeling called ‘The Feeling of love’.

Without realizing what they are doing, in the heat of adolescence & the curiosity of discovering each other closely, they end up into an uncontrollable & devastating ugly situation which shatters their life completely.

The story gradually shows the evolution of Yuvaan’s character who decides to fight back & upturn circumstances to get his love & life back on track.

The movie also lays emphasis on the potential role of media in a common man’s life. It elucidates that if misuse of media can jeopardizes a commoner’s life, at the same time, if used judiciously, it can act as savior.

I Don’t Luv U focuses on the youth of today – the fun loving and frivolous lot, who are extremely casual in their relationships and do not want to delve into the intricacies of true love, commitments and fidelity.

Ruslan, who was last seen in ‘Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai’ , retains his essence and charishma on screen. Chetna, (for those who don’t know) was a national level badminton player & model who debuted in Solairaja’s directorial Kannada film ‘ Neeyum Naanum’.

It is nice to see a fresh pair, unfortunately the story and the screenplay don’t keep up to their expectations. Even the songs rendered by Mika Singh, Shaan and Javed Ali miss their magic.

It does have a message which touches the heart of the youth. It is a blend of light hearted witty moments as well as harsh unforeseen realities of life.
