Divya Khosla Kumar recreates the magic of popular chartbuster, Kabhi Yaadon Mein!
We have seen Divya Khosla Kumar don multiple hats in the past, be it a director, actress or choreographer.
After performing in a dance number in her 2016 hit film Sanam Re, she will now be seen as the lead actress in the reprised version of Kabhi Yaadon Mein, a popular chartbuster. The teaser was out a few days ago and it created quite a stir and element of anticipation amongst all and sundry.

The interesting bit is that Divya featured in the original version of the song and this time round, who would be better than Divya herself to play the lead in the re-created song?
Originally a romantic track centered around a love triangle between the actress and her two love interests, the reprised version that released on Youtube yesterday, features Divya in a completely different storyline!
What’s more, the gorgeous film maker has revisited the past with husband Bhushan Kumar and T Series, who had originally cast her in the song before, bringing back memories and the magic that they had created.
“Kabhi Yaadon Mein was one of my favourite songs as it held a special place in my heart and marked the start of a new chapter in my life. The magical melodies of the song struck a chord in everyone’s hearts back then and will definitely do the same this time round. Rakesh Roshan had seen the rendition that we created and was all praises for it, so we decided to launch the 2 minute version along with his 2017 film Kaabil. I’m immensely thankful to him for that!”says an elated Divya.
Sung by Palak Muchchal and Arijit Singh, recreated by Abhijit Vaghani, produced by Tseries and starring Divya Khosla Kumar, the dynamic team is all set to recreate the magic that was with the original version of the hit track!
