Remember Sandip Patil – a stylish left handed Mumbai batsman who played for the national team and impressed the crowd with his explosive innings, way back much before ODIs were conceptualised?
His talented son Chirag Patil prefers Bollywood over this much hyped sport. Chirag made his bollywood debut in Le Gaya Saddam and is turning into production.
This handsome dude is now producing VILLA . Villa is a psychological thriller. Being a son of a cricketer, the game didn't inspire Chirag. When asked Chirag about his home production 'Villa' he said “Villa Is A Psychological Thriller about a Psychology Professor Arjun (played by himself), who shifts into his father's Old Villa with his newly married wife Rhea (played by Sai Tamhanker).
The newly wedded bride starts experiencing weird things in there.
“Villa is a thriller which unveils a mystery” adds Chirag, mentioning that he is plans to come up with few more good films in the coming year.
When we asked him about his father role behind producing the films Chirag says, his daddy has always been a strong support for me and my brother Pratik Patil, who would be directing this upcoming thriller.
“My daddy always had faith in me, never objected on what I do. He is an idol father figure for me.” says Chirag.
Villa will be directed by Prateek Patil and another upcoming flick – Wake Up India would be directed by Mahesh Bhutts' debutant Cousin Babloo Sheshadri.
