Auto Romance In Mumbai is directed by Shakti Shankar Jaju and features Mahi Sharma and Sidhaarth Jaju as lead characters.
“Auto rickshaw drivers in Mumbai are quite tolerable to romance of love-birds as it is that this buzzing city has very few secluded spots where the couples can have a quite chat,” observed Sidhaarth Jaju.
A Jejuri Creative Production presentation ‘Auto Romance in Mumbai’ the film’s Promo and music were launched in Mumbai in presence of cast and crew.
Actor Sidharrth Jaaju’s mother Shobha Jaaju launched the music of Auto Romance In Mumbai, while the promo was launched by Sheetal Avinash with Niranjan K. On the occasion present were producer Anjali Sharma, director Shakti Shankar and the actors Sidharrth Jaaju, Awantika Mishra, Saniya & others.
The film’s lead actor Sidharrth Jaaju has composed the music, songs are rendered by Kunal Ganjawala, Abhijit Bhattacharya, Vinod Rathod.
Admits Sidharrth, “Romancing in auto is a different feel and I too have experienced it during those days while my wife was working and then I used to go to pick her from office. The beauty of romance in an auto rickshaw is a complete different experience.”
“We gathered inputs from several autorickshaw drivers and during one scene we actually used over 300 auto rickshaws,” mentioned director Shakti Shankar adding, “The auto drivers supported us very well and hence we have also used the medium of auto rickshaws for promotion of our film.”
Shooting for this film was held all over Mumbai, Manali, London and Aurangabad. Naatu Singh is the DOP, editing is by Sunil Yadav and art direction is by Niranjan.
AUTO ROMANCE IN MUMBAI features Sidharrth Jaaju who plays a struggling corporate executive who is in love with Sanaa (Avantika Mishra), while Saniya, Wilson, Rashid, Alka and Shakti Shankar play supporting roles. The film releases in May 2018.
