After sharing screen space with seasoned actors like Rajkummar Rao, Anshuman Jha, Gulshan Grover, Parikshit Sahani, Raghubeer Yadav, Divya Dutta and Adil Husain, film actor Anuj Kumar is super excited with two of his upcoming projects. While one of his films is expected to release on OTT platform, Anuj Kumar’s web series Bhoot Mandali too will wow his fans. Anuj Kumar will be seen is the main lead roles in these projects.
Hailing from a respected and learned family in Sahebgunj in Jharkhand, Anuj had gone through a journey facing uphills and downhills, while it is widely known that to attain status in Bollywood film industry is no easy task and so has been the long ardous journey of struggles for him to finally achieve the status of bagging lead roles.
“I was intrigued and impressed watching antics of a clown in a circus while was about 7 years of age and probably this experience instilled the bug of acting in my subconscious mind and therefore I made up my mind to chalk a career in acting,” says this handsome dude who completed his Bachelors Degree studies and was contemplating to pursue a career as an IAS officer.
During his college days Anuj Kumar was further fascinated with nuances of acting during his association with Natya Kala Manch in Delhi where he first acted in the Serial – India’s Most Wanted and then appeared in Office Office, worked in over 50 episodes of Sukanya, while it was his performance in Koi Apna Sa that garned him more fans.
For any actor, feature films are more satisfying and so did Anuj Kumar with his work in the lead role in ‘Boyss Toh Boyss Hai’ which had a youth appeal. Then came his lead role alongside Raghubir Yadav in ‘Pakauu’.
Now Anuj Kumar is super excited for his soon to be released thriller ‘Bhoot Mandali’ and is pinning all his hopes in this entertaining thriller. So are his fans!
