The Big Bull Movie review
A film believed to be inspired by the Harshad Mehta story starting in the late eighties of the last century. The Big Bull movie review... There is no doubt that Harshad was the original Big Bull of Stock markets in India and who knows if he would have been left to his tools, he could not only have been the first billionaire from India but could also have been in company of Warren Buffett for all we know. The movie Big Bull is now streaming on Disney Hotstar. This one can be given a skip, no offense meant to Abhishek fans, he has tried really hard to put in his best. Enough about the man because the story digresses from the topic several times in the movie it seems that the director though wanted to tell Harshad's story but in the same breath also tries to distance away from it. That's the reason why the names and many incidents in the story have been tweaked and some have totall ....

Ludo (2020) movie review
Netflix's latest offering as their original feature film,  Ludo the eponymous board game which everyone as a child would have played. Lately it seems to have caught on the fancy of young and old alike in it's online Avatar. It sounds like an unlikely name for a movie and does aroused curiosity. Ludo, the movie juxtaposes this game as and with the game of life. One gets excited and is expectant to see something different or new, as for the last few offerings on the various OTT platforms are anything but entertaining or even vaguely logical. It seems that the makers set out to make something good with the kind of themes and story ideas at their disposal but somewhere in the intervening period they lose their way and the story meanders and hurtles towards its climax. Same is the case with Ludo, it starts out with high expectations as a bearded Anurag Basu (the director of the movie) and ....

Players - movie review
Abbas-Mustan the director duo who have given us thrilling hits like ‘Humraaz’, ‘Ajnabee’ and ‘Race’ have come up with ‘Players’ which is an official remake of the 2003 Hollywood action film, The Italian Job. Players is a notch below the high ‘thrilling’ standards created by them. The film Players, shot in locations in the Goa, United Kingdom, Wellington and Auckland in New Zealand and Siberia, St Petersburg in the Russian Federation has some never-before-seen action sequences directed by Allan Amin. What is missing in the film is proper characterization of its players. Half baked characters, average songs and mediocre acting are the drawbacks. About its plus points, it has good cinematography and editing, fine action sequences and it is a stylish film. This time around, it's not just going to be the men (Abhisheik Bachchan, Bobby Deol, Neil Nitin Mukesh) who ....
