Baar Baar Dekho, movie review
Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif's pairing electrifies the film Baar Baar Dekho. Just that and nothing more. Much was expected out of Nitya Mehra's film. After working as an assistant director in films like Ang Lee's 'Life of Pie' and Mira Nair films The Namesake, The Reluctant Fundamentalist, she disappoints in her directorial debut in this romantic drama Baar Baar Dekho. Baar Baar Dekho also marks the debut of American screenwriter Sri Rao which made news about this film which is based on an ageing romance spanning 30 odd years. Jai Verma (Sidharth Malhotra) is a Mathematics Professor in Delhi. Diya (Katrina Kaif) is an artist who is madly in love with this handsome professor. They are about to get married when Jai scoffs at the Hindu priest at the time of their wedding about the institution of marriage. Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara - movie review
Here is a rom-com quite different from the ones we see these days. Shot extensively in the picturesque locales of Kashmir, Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara is a story of three couples who have their own point of views about life and when their thoughts collide, it's a Bull vs Matador fight to the finish for them. It is generally evident in the couples of urban cities of India where they are immersed in their own web of problems, relationships and social obligations. The real romance is missing in the lives of these 3 couples. One of them is a playboy, the other is a henpecked husband and the third is a mama's boy, enough to upset his wife. Tony Singh (Sahil Anand) is a perfect con artist when it comes to women has his lady love Pooja Mehta (Niyati Joshi) in a web of dreams around him. Rikki Dalwani's (Vikram Kochhar) life is a beach resort where he has this perfect wife Sanya Dalwani (Divya C ....

It begins well yet it has flashes of the cinema of ‘90s A romantic drama directed by Deepak Tijori is a remake of the 2011 Korean movie 'Always'. Do Lafzon Ki Kahani features Randeep Hooda and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles. A gifted actor that he is Randeep Hooda comes up with yet another powerful performance. He is equally balanced by Kajal Aggarwal's acting as a girl who has lost her vision in an accident where she loses her parents. Jenny has an inclination towards Indian culture so much so that she is is obsessed with the regular 'saas bahu' type serials. Suraj (Randeep Hooda) is a part-time boxer in Malaysia. Jenny (Aggarwal) is a blind girl, on meeting whom Suraj falls in love with. When he comes to know that the reason for her blindness in ....

Dilwale - movie review
Dilwale is a one-fourth of DDLJ in its name and the entertainment content. A predictable story line, the film relies much on SRK’s shoulders. To make the matters worse, the film’s promos reminisce the viewer of the hit pair of DDLJ and this comparison makes it worse, as the lead couple lacks the freshness and charm of Raj and Simran of Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. Raj (Shahrukh Khan) gets up from a nightmare from his past. He is a docile do-gooder who resides with his younger brother Veer (Varun Dhawan) on whom he dotes on and would go any distance to keep his wishes as he had promised their father Randhir (Vinod Khanna - a haggard) that he will take good care of him. Raj and Veer are settled in Goa, while the elder bro is easygoing, introvert and philanthropic, his brother is outgoing with a roving eye for all ‘things beautiful’. One day Veer, while on a car delivery bumps i ....
