Phobia, hindi movie review
Radhika Apte is definitely one of the most under rated actresses in Bollywood. While in some other film she comes up as the glamorous doll, and maybe in the next, she is just the typical girl next door. This film needs to be appreciated for the courageous performance by Radhika Apte. Phobia has number of firsts to its credit. Besides being one-of-a-kind psychological thriller, the makers have incorporated Virtual Reality technology, a first for a Bollywood film. The central character, Mehak (Radhika Apte), an artist by profession, who suffers from agoraphobia, can be seen using a VR set in the movie. Probably, this year's creepiest psychological thriller is about an artist who visualizes violent and negative incidents which have no connection whatsoever. An incident occurs one night while returning from her painting exhibition, and Mehak is molested by the local taxi driver which ....

A jungle adventure film, that attempts to reconnect us with our roots through the eyes of seven children and showcase the natural world in contrast with the humdrum and chaos of daily city life. Directoral debut of celebrated cinematographer (DoP), Amitabha Singh, who has National Award winners Chillar Party, Khosla Ka Ghosla and India’s Oscar entrant in 2014, THE GOOD ROAD to his credit, the film is finely crafted except otherwise the CGI when the wild animals are shown moving around freely in the jungle. Global Baba, movie review
Abhimanyu Singh plays a godman in this film which is based on spiritual babas of India. Global Baba is a social satire and craftily doesn't target any particular person or any religion. India could be the only country where hundreds of thousands of people (devotees) blindly surrender themselves to godmen. The film exposes such a godman who was once a hitman by the name Chillam Pehalwaan (Abhimanyu Singh) for a political party which used him as much as they could and once their dependence on him was over, they took the legal route of eliminating him in an enounter by Police Inspector Jacob (Ravi Kishan). Chillam Pehalwan manages to escape during the encounter but had taken 2 gun shots and was noticed in the nick of the moment by the saadhus on the banks of a river who nursed him to bring back to life. He is spotted by Damru (Pankaj Tripathi) who advises him to take refuge within t ....
