Amit Sadh learns rifle shooting from Olympic medalist Gagan Narang!
Amit Sadh, who will be seen playing a pivotal role in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s next, learnt how to operate a rifle for an important scene in the movie.
Interestingly, to make the rifle shooting scene appear realistic, the actor sought help from one of his close friends, Gagan Narang, who won the bronze medal in the 2012 London Olympics’ Air Rifle event.
Amit informs, “Gagan Narang is one of my closest friends and he is my mentor. I’m glad he agreed to be my mentor and help me out with shooting. I was good at shooting; I did the Combined Annual Training Camp for NCC and it was an interesting experience. In context of my character, I am a pistol-shooter.”
The talented actor Amit Sadh also plans to attend shooting tournaments to practice at actual shooting ranges. “I’ll be attending a tournament in Pune from December 12 and spend time at the shooting range,” he adds. Amit Sadh has been a contender of the label of one of the most promising actors of the current generation. One has to wait and watch for his upcoming movies to see if the expectations were realistic or too high.
