The movie is
a sarcastic take on Love, which explores the shift of
power between genders in today’s society, and its effect
on modern relationships. The film presents a point of
view that for years men have patiently fulfilled the
atrocious demands, submitted at the hint of a tear and
bore the brunt of vicious mood swings of women in the
name of Love.
The females in the movie are shown to be too clever,
shrewd, self-centered, manipulative and playful when it
comes to their love affairs.
Pyaar Ka Punchnama is the story that revolves around
three friends – Rajat (Kartik Tiwari), Vikrant (Raayo S.
Bakhirta) and Nishant (Divyendu Sharma) who live in
Noida, working for different IT firms. The movie deals
with their lives after each of them get involved with
girls.

But these relationships are not so harmonious to last
that long. Rajat soon finds out that Neha is the self
centered and demanding girl and so does Vikrant who
comes to know that Rhea is the withdrawn type and
prefers to remain aloof.
Pyaar Ka Punch Naama appears to have made from the boys
perspective and has everything written keeping in view
the trauma faced by the men in an affair.
At one time, the three guys are mistreated / cheated by
their girlfriends, who eventually break off the
relation. It might not amuse the ladies at all, infact
they could find it offensive as in the film the girls
shamelessly use sex as a means to get what they want
from the silly boys.

Nishant’s pet name is Liquid and he is a short-tempered
guy who is frustrated with his work life. Rajat is the
first one among them to find love, and soon gets into a
live-in relationship with Neha (Nushrat Bharucha), who
doesn’t let her parents know about the relationship.
Vikrant, the other handsome dude who plays guitar
extremely well, finds companionship with Rhea (Sonalli
Sehgal), a Delhi College of Engineering pass out after he
recommends her for a job.
Liquid the outspoken guy of them all, Nishant meets a
gorgeous friend Charu (Ishita Sharma). He assists her
financially and even becomes infatuated with Charu who
works with him in office. He proposes to her but finds out
she already has a boyfriend. Nothing wrong in being
friends, they feel. Life seems fun for the three friends
with their share of love.

Its Liquid who takes the cake in his performance. Other
two are fine. Among the girls, Nushrat tops them all with
a bigger role and looks hot too. Ishita and Sonali are
good looking are perfect for the kind of role they had to
play.
Pyaar Ka Punch Naama will find appeal with the masses and
the classes alike as it has the potential to entertain you
in bits and parts. The youth will like the film as the
story is more realistic and believable than other
bollywood flicks. The film has brilliantly written
dialogues which are exactly similar to the spoken language
of the today's youth with abusives and some self-made
terms at places.
